Mollie Maguire is a Casting Director, Art Director, and the founder of Submission Casting and Management, a full-service agency connecting forward-thinking brands with talent that challenges and expands traditional beauty standards.
She began her career in fashion working on editorial productions for Italian Vogue, later assisting a range of stylists—from rising names like Avena Gallagher to industry leaders like Karl Templer. After joining Glamour magazine as a fashion assistant, she produced shoots across print and digital for over three years before transitioning into casting and creative direction.
Now, through Submission, she casts and manages talent for a range of clients in fashion, beauty, and advertising—balancing street-cast and agency-represented faces with a growing in-house roster. Her work is driven by a belief in real representation, meaningful creative expression, and the transformative power of great casting.
